Simply dip a cotton ball, the kind that come in the package of 100 plus, into a skin cleansing solution that contains salicylic acid and apply it to the area on your face that has acne. You'll want to stay away from the acne oils or acne creams that contain benzoil peroxide or other type of peroxide ingredients - it is tough on the skin.

Of course, a proper acne home remedy assumes that you are eating properly, drinking lots of water, getting proper vitamin and mineral supplements.
